Ginger Snap Beer

Ginger Beer with a satisfying snap! This lively soda blends a moderately sweet flavor with a warm, spicy ginger kick for a crisp, refreshing taste.

Enjoy it on its own as a non-alcoholic soda or add it to a beer for an extra-snappy ginger beverage. For a smooth, flavorful pairing, we recommend a British ale.

Makes 5 gallons.
